wonderful!!! Hi Kendra. i'm not a teacher. i like to use the wall anywhere I can for a good stretch. pushups. finger pushups. even upside down crawling with my legs while on bed (great workout, too). Here's what i do before bed:
breathing correctly. Seated twist with left arm holding inside of left knee (where crease is) with left elbow stretching down quads and hip and shoulder.
    spine up straight.
(OPTIONAL - Left hand/fingers pointing to ceiling. THEN tilt left hand back. Stretching back of palm and wrist/ forearms.
Then right arm and fingers pointing to ceiling.
Then right arm swimming back against the wall. HOLD. Fingers looking up to ceiling.
Turn face towards hand (eyes looking at fingers). reposition seated twist.
    hold for 10 sec.
(Hands on wall stretches whole arm from fingers up This helps with my arthritic fingers, carpal tunnel, tendonitis in forearms, neck shoulder. while legs being stretched.
Then looking forward tilting chin down neck to chest. stretching spine. Hold 10 sec.
Then keeping chin down. Slowly Tilt neck to left side 10 sec. This stretches neck and traps where I deeply need this area cause it’s so tight. Feels soooo good.
Then slowly 3 neck rolls to right.
Then 3 neck rolls to left.
This calms the nervous system. and i just have to lie down and go to sleep.
    hope this makes sense,
am I hurting myself in any way? thanks again.

Hi Amanda! How does this workout feel in your body? Do you have pain when you're doing it?

@Kendra Fitzgerald feels great. I need to calm my racy mind n nervous system and the stretch does that. I deal with chronic pain. Lots of tightness almost everywhere. Thanks 4 ur response.

Feeling amazing! I did some supine exercises with my foam roller instead of a massage ball, just wanted to take it easy after teaching my classes today.. Will definitely try them again with my students, too! Thanks for your informative class with kind& clear instructions as always💜
