Earlier this year, it was reported that Adele scored her third Beverly Hills home - adding onto her growing compound here. The songstress spent $10 million on the mansion of her close friend and longtime next-door neighbor Nicole Richie, with who she’s shared a property line since 2016. Adele purchased a 6000 square feet plus main residence at that time for $9.5 million and then snagged the $10.6 million abode directly across the street which is believed to be occupied by her ex-husband. In this video, we’ll be taking a look at the singer’s growing Beverly Hills real estate empire.

I think the home she currently lives in most is my fave. The Home Simon lives in seems more masculine in tone, somehow, like it would make sense he lives there. But having three is certainly a bonus. I hope she continues to create and live a happy life of love and peace. She is a fine woman. Full of life.

Not anything close to these wide open spaces and acreage. She also mentioned how they could hardly see the sun and breathe fresh air in London, which aren't necessarily something you could buy with money anywhere you want.

I cant imagine ever showing up at any celebs house like that. Sad that has to be a disclaimer. I felt a little invasive when I did a celeb tour but it was interesting to see the beautiful homes. Now, that being said, when we saw Bey & Jay's old home I did get a little giddy. I've loved her 25 yrs so it was a brief fan moment. Lol

I think the first house is so cool what Adele did like I'm so glad she got 12 be free away from Simon because whatever Simon was doing drove her crazy and I think it was time for her to be free to take care of her son and she works so hard to write her new song easy on me but I'm really impressed with her so I really want to come to her house and meet her in person and definitely cook with her sometime definitely sing with her day is July 18th the Monday next year

Even when i was a clueless kid who dreamt about meeting my fav popstar , did i ever be so dellusional to think o could rock up to a famous persons house and think it was a normal thing to do and i was friggin about 10! I choose Adele's first and main residence as my fave! Oh and while I get it.. it's convenient to have Simon close by for Angelo to go back and forth.. I think once Angelo is a teen.. she needs to tell Simon it's time for him to find his own home a bit further away. ;) Good for her though.. that she is thinking of her son .. and trying to do right by him since her divorce. I hope she signed a pre-nup so he doesn't try to get anymore from her. Sorry if that's too much.. but she seems so big hearted.. you worry about people taking advantage.
