Hurts had all the tools last year and it looked like he was just off. The D was a disappointment. Whether on O or D, there was just inconsistency and a giving up when things were going bad. So, I don't know. They should bounce back, but they need to get it together and keep it together.
Hurts needs to learn that he can take a short quick pass or a checkdown. Never seen someone throw a deep pass in double coverage or locked up by one person so much in my life.

why are we not taking into account that offense was terrible not solely because of hurts but Sarianni and the Brian Johnson?? they didn't set hurts up for success and same on the Defensive side. this offense is the same minus Kelce and I have much more faith in Kellen Moore than BJ/Sarianni. Hurts has become a very accurate passer. That’s not the Eagle’s problem. Blitz pickup was the real issue. Kelce called the protections. I think Hurts will be calling the protections this year. Let’s see how it goes.

Joe Burrow had a couple bad years
I’m a ravens fan but burrow is better and has never had an OL even close to what hurts has had. Also he’s been better in the playoffs.
