It's a TH400 with a 2800 RPM stall. Not sure of the stall manufacturer. It's VERY steerable. He did a clean an practical build. But he's got $30K in it too so... there's 3 things you choose from when building. Fast. Cheap. Reliable. However, you can only choose 2 of those 3. If you choose cheap and reliable, it won't be fast. If you choose fast and reliable, it won't be cheap. If you choose cheap and fast, it won't be reliable. Choose wisely grasshopper. And further questions I'll happily answer them Peace and love everyone. And Have a Happy and Prosperous 2021
Unfortunately it's not my car bro. But what I do know is it's a 272° (ish) hyd cam. Roller rockers. Pump gas eng, so no higher than 10:1 Keith Black pistons. I'm sure it was balanced. Original 1969 eng and heads. It has a FiTech fuel injection system on it. It does have headers and a Pypes Y-pipe. Spintech mufflers and electric cutouts. Hope this answers most of your question
1976 a teacher had same car. It was a beast after tune up in auto shop! Good driving man
Hell yeah you’ve convinced me to put a 402 bbc in my 1971 Monte
