Thanks For This Vid! Just as I originally suspected after I saw that vent in the back wall. I feel that this design is the most fuel efficient of all the cabinet cookers.
It's on my dream list. :-) So.......is this from the old Heavy Metal Smokers company? Metal On! \m/

Great video. I just saw it now. I know it's been awhile. Can u tell me what size is this cooker and how many butts can you cook in 1 cook and how long does 1 basket of charcoal last?

Thanks for the vid, would you say it is worth the hassle to go with a Offset, vertical reverse flow smoker for burning charcoal and wood sticks? Should I stick to a reverse flow vertical design ?

I cooked on a stick burner for years. And honestly every cooker has its quirks that you have to figure out. I would say if your someone who likes messing with something and very hands on, then you would enjoy a stick burner. If you'd like to just let the smoker run its self, then I'd steer you toward a charcoal smoker.
