EMPATHY!!!! This sincere gentleman said on the news w/out opening he was basically dying! Spirituality, mentally, economicly! He's 77 yrs. young because he loves his profession. I salute his bravery for doing just what he did in trying to carry on as long as he could. During WW2, it was necessary for the public to aid in the war effort by participation in food/fuel/clothing rationing programs, blackouts in some places, scrap metal drives. It was all for the greater good. People who couldn't cooperate got punished. Now we've got a public health emergency and some just refuse to get with the program :( tell it to the judge.

I feel bad for people in Michigan about how confused they are. They have reduced the cases of infection considerably until now. They only had 370 cases on 05/13. So they made good progress. Now, the governor should give guidance and criteria on re-opening. She should coordinate testing and establish an army of tracers in each sub-region. She should put also guidance for businesses to re-open safely . I don't see any of that. And now the people had enough with the lock-down and want to re-open without the proper precautions. They will lose all the progress they made.
Any idea how to prepare for the next wave of infection in US which will be bigger than the one in New York, because states are forced to re-open without proper precautions. What should I do? move to New York, buy guns, grow my own food, get a hunting license? When the food supply chain gets broken, when the police force gets infected, when the doctors and nurses at the overwhelmed hospitals get infected and dying. We only had the meat supply-chain breaking, until now, but a lot more serious things could happen.
