Not that surprising give how long they both played and number of matches against each other.. The odds are opening batsmen are going to be dismissed by opening bowlers more often than other by other bowlers. They would have played each other a lot in county cricket too
myjkyz87a - Haynes scored back to back hundreds in 93 under wasim captaincy so that's why he is ranked higher.. also carried his bat in a test match in 1990 as well.
probably--did u check how many runs he scored against him? this bowler came in at a time when West Indies were already heading to the end of the best of their days, but he still met some of the West indies great and he had success against some of our best batsmen----
Players of that era are so technically sound with footwork strong reflex actions if they could have played today they could dominate every formats like Gordon greendge Desmond hynes Martine Crowe
But I think Haynes also scored against him before Wasim got his wicket.

if DESMOND HAYNES played more, he would've been best batsman than SACHIN TENDULKAR.

@@lonestar6709 Viv and Akram played in about 15 ODI's and 9 test against each other anyway Wasim rated him the greatest he ever saw recently .
In 86 and 88,he took Viv's wickets before he could do much damage.
Dhoni didnt even play with wasim , waqar , saqlain etc...
