Always shop your food from refrigerator possessing restaurants, kneipes because of excessive heat situation, meat also get toxicated very easily at the street vendors. Also beware of dark colored olive oil, corn oil possessing bowls and never eat at too much cooked oily chicken meat.

Sea heat is also hot during autumn, winter, spring at 30 degrees centigrate.
