"40k" here is I multiplied the total stat by 0.66 (used by other xenons) to get 40k. I don't remember exactly what but this meant I roughly had 20k in each stat. 60k total * 0.66 is about "40k" equivalent for regular classes. If I had 40k in each stat, that'd be 120k * 0.66 to be about "80k" equivalent for regular classes. Hope this helps.
