For myself I find I slump later in the day when my eye (yes one) gets tired of tracking the little white dot. When I get to play when I first get up I seem to do 1000% better. So for me it is more eye strain and general tiredness.
Same
One thing I like to do with all this of course. Is for timing I just turn off pci and focus clearly on the ball and my swing timing. No pci nothing just me and the ball. Maybe a good tip for some beginners, just throwing it out there!!!!
Take a couple of days off. You come back refreshed and relaxed
Playing moonshot has helped me with discipline. It's so much easier to tell what's in the middle and what ends up as junk. For me, i was whiffing on middle pitches. i should be punishing on. So id say that would also be a positive for moonshot also. Helped me turn on velo now.
Great video man. I’m currently in my first slump in a few months. After putting up 10-15 runs every moonshot game, I got shut out tonight 🤦🏻♂️ and just overall struggled.
Honestly this sounds counter productive, but what i do is do i go to custom practice on legend vs Corbin Burnes and just focus on specific pitch types and different anchor locations. Somebody with low contact is even better bc it makes you have to be more precise with the pci
For me, I start to get defensive and cautious when I’m in a hitting slump. I try to take more pitches and sometimes try to bunt just to get bat on ball. Excellent tips though, thanks.
I have a problem adjusting to game lag. Like I play a game a dominate John Donaldson and get a rage quit and then I go up against cliff Lee who throws 93mph or whatever and the pitch speeds seems SIGNIFICANTLY faster. Like I feel like my input is solid and I should be making good contact and then I make late contact and keep pushing week opposite field hits. It's very hard to adjust to that then I'll get frustrated if I get behind and start compensating with jamming or selling out for fastball (and still being late)
1:45 I'm in trouble I've been suffering from both since it came to Xbox. 😢
Love your vids as always. Maybe a day a week next year for lineup construction or various strategic decisions?
I'd like to see you post more gameplay. Where you just talk about the game your playing. Tips and stuff or just your thought process as you're playing. That would be nice man. Theirs so little of you actually playing. Andbi enjoy it when you do show it. Try and post more games if you can. But i enjoy your stuff. Keep up the good work man
Dont worry you will get used to using your new rod. Mine is all worn out as well, eventually i'll have to get a new one.
Do you think we should do MLB Spring Training Jerseys & Stadiums which is for Grapefruit League, & Cactus League when we get to MLB The Show 24?
I get out of my slump watching your videos
I just stay in the slump
Yoooo you hit 2k!
It's like watching a rose rise from the dirt lol
We did it!
Am I a pretty rose
c'mon you've definitely broken at least one controller in your life
Only game to make me do that is madden..mlb doesnt bring me that rage
@@TheOnetimeshawty haha thats good. No video game is ever worth breaking stuff over. I’d be lying through my teeth tho if I said I never broke my controller, one time I just dropped it out of disappointment and that was enough to ruin the analog stick. Lesson learned 😂
Good video
Hope it helps!
