@@BigMack the recovery is very easy u go back to ur old self again as long as u do wat they ask u to do the pounds going to drop I have the sleeve and it work fine for me yes it worth it my blood pressure down now my sugar reading is good now so it getting me back on the right path. I don't Regret it at all.
