Multiplex ANA Testing: Principles and Implementation

ANA screen has been used as aid in diagnosis of various connective tissue diseases, and different technologies have been introduced throughout the past few decades. In this seminar, we will first discuss the history of ANA testing and its usefulness in diagnosis, and then we will have an overview of using a multiplex technology in ANA testing. Last, the speaker will share her personal experience in implementation of such technology in her laboratory.
