Hi Charlie, love watching you cook... you are so organized and tidy. I'm Mexican and notice that a lot of people use flour, sometimes even corn tortillas without cooking (warm them through to soften on a dry "comal"pan)... may I suggest you try it, I believe you will enjoy those tacos even more. 😘

This recipe is delicious. With homemade tortilla’s- yum. Thank you for sharing. The only thing I substituted is red cabbage slaw instead of lettuce and I added pickles. Our family loves your channel. God bless.

Charlie, all I can say is that everything was excellent . Shrimp and fish was spot on. First batch of fish got eaten on the drying pan. That was actually the best breading mixture we have ever had. You should market it. Thanks again.

You can chop up the leftover cuttings of tortilla and fry to make chips. Also heating them up in a pan before assembling makes the texture better.
