Miss Andretti often forgot when talking about Aussie sprinting greats, gee she was a beauty.
She was an absolute rocket… was it Gold Edition she had some pretty good tussles with?
Enjoyed that, brings back some great memories.
Thanks.
Choisir my fav. Won twice in the same week.
There is no way you can go past takeover target as oz best international race horse. Multiple countries and multiple wins
If you exclude So You Think I’d agree
40 years of European success in Australia
@Roy Slaven
I didn’t say wfa???
@Roy Slaven
I was thinking Beldale Ball and At Talaq but it goes back as far as Raffindale doesn’t it?
And back in the 70s and 80s handicaps were the biggest races in Australia
Who is your tip this year el gran. Cant say I'm over confident about the aussie contingent this year, there is no nature strip among them.

Coolongatta or Highfield Princess in the sprint.
The Q Anne is a bit of a letdown
Anamoe and Golden Sixty should have turned up.
Inspiral is the best horse in the race but she’s erratic
The two Guineas winners in the St James is interesting
Might be a day for some big upsets though

Triple Time to be placed in the Q Anne is my roughy
