It reminds me of the life I grew up in, my dad made us go through hell. I was very bitter seeing my mum struggling like a man to raise us up, I grew up a bitter man towards my dad, I never wanted to see him face to face, I couldn't go to a better school because of dad, selling the little things we had at home, from utensils to livestock,all in the name of alcohol..want a painful experience.but guess what?!!.this kind of lifestyle made me seek God in prayer for my dad, I would pray and fast for him. I THANK GOD FOR SAVING MY DAD, NOW A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN...maybe you are going through the same right now, I would encourage you to pray, there is power in prayers, now am in good terms with my dad, I forgave him...but I also learnt my lesson..to be a better dad in the future
