Would like to reiterate a few things: I got Forest Lord in like slot 30 on the Leaderboard. It's entirely possible to get one without being first! My best racing horse is my little 4 star Arabian, Nova. She's like lvl 70, technically speaking, because her stamina has yet to be maxed out. She cleans the clocks of Vulcans and Pegasi all the time. She's my highest level horse cause I did the storyline with her, and she's my go-to if I have to win a race.
I'd love a Sahar Arabian. It's nice to be able to give all tack to Speed because Nova's Stamina is already so high. My Maelstrom Clyde Gunner is also a great racer.

I have not had any luck with the Arabian since they did the update on them. I have one that is maxed out on all stats, but stamina (which is at lvl 80).

@@alainaslade1055 Man, level 80? I don't know how I'd ever max out her stamina. Arabians do turn very stiffly.

Great video, thank you so much! It’s sad that the races are completely broken and that Foxie doesn’t do anything about it (and ignores mails about it) Let’s hope they fix the game soon.. I lost motivation because of this which is sad because the racing is really fun.

i find these races to be set up similar to horse riding tales, though more complex

When i start any type of race my horse always starts at a trot, and even when i spam W my horse won’t go up a gait for maybe 5 seconds and then finally goes into a canter. I thought maybe this was due to me not having high enough acceleration but i’ve trained this and it’s still happening. Is there a special key to press to get a faster start, or anyone know what’s going on?

You need to press w on the right moment. So when they count down, don’t spam. You go slower forward. But press w on go. Then you get a small boost/fast start.
