      I'm planing to invest in villa cost is 62lacs. This is approved by 143 Noida Authority. But Rera jaroori nahi hai, aisa bola gaya hai muje kyonki project is not leased property hai.
      Project name Radya puram villa society. Near Patwari ka baag.

    Staying in DDA flats in Delhi is so cheap as compares to same size flats in noida . I see noida is costly in terms of convenience, electricity, water, house tax. Also safely and greenery is another thing .
    I am still not confident in leaving Delhi due to these things .
    Mostly for 5 months we don’t have any bills for electricity and water due to new govt policies . Then in summers only electricity bills Upto 5k per month if we are using 2 acs.

    Hi, such builders say that since the land is Freehold and Khasra land so RERA registration is not required and they are even selling Plots and allowing buyers to build home on their own. How can we confirm if such plots wont cause any issues?

Kuch societies mai duplex ya villa hote hai central Noida / Noida extension mai but we don't have information about them. Can you please make video on those duplexes or villas.       All are mismatch , none suitable, no match with budget and quality. I visited all. Better to buy in Sigma or Omicron sector Authority plots and construct your own. But here also the problem is they are super costly.

    Ncr side to approved hi leni chahiye approved freehold property mein bahut ghotala hai gundagardi bahut hai...kahi paisa fas gaya to wapas milna mushkil hai but lucknow mein 80 % plot ke project jila panchayat approved hi hain non rera jahan badiya se plotting hori hai sab ghar bane hain even authority bhi naksha approve kar rahi hai...wahin same lda rera approved plot 3 times costly hain wo bhi outer area mein....maine khud non rera plot liye hain same apply with dehradun real-estate Mera dono jagah ghar hai...but ncr mein to approved hi kharidna chahiye mera manna hai

    Sir, aapne to Rera aur authority ko benchmark bata dia and sabse jyada scam in dono mein h hote hain. Kitne bankrupted builder k projects RERA approved h hain NCR mein uske baad bhi possession nai mila. I think for a middle class family Rent or small plot/housing in not so famous society is the only option. 🤔

      यही बात मैंने इस वीडियो में भी बताई है की यदि प्रोजेक्ट में रजिस्ट्री, मुटुअशन और लोन भी हो रहा है तो भी आप प्रोजेक्ट को approved नहीं मान सकते, मैंने जिस घटना का इस वीडियो में जिक्र किया है उसमें भी सब कुछ था, इसलिए जिस भी प्रोजेक्ट में आप सस्ता विला देख रहे हैं उसका RERA Registration जरूर देखें।

      @@AnkitSharma-bi7gq Hi, I have seen a lot of clips on the posted video of those many builder. All those builder are situated behind Yatharth Hospital or Sector-1/Bisrakh. Make sure to check Rera ID whenever you are going to buy property.

    Can you please share any running projects of villas or sky villas in Noida/Noida Extension upto 60-70 lacs available to buy. I am living on rent from 2010 in Noida and have faced lot of issues, now it is becoming unbearable as owners are becoming more and more greedy and treating tenants like their servants. No respect and rights for tenants by owner or by society. I had to change 3 flats in past 1 year. Now I am tired of all this mess and want to buy my own house. Don't want to take flat in high rise apartments as there is issue of lot of disturbance whole day.

      @@hishams6613 my main issue is the continuous disturbance from neighbors, and mostly from those immediately above my flat. Everyone has different lifestyle and routine. Some ppl wake up early in the morning and start doing exercise and beat ginger for tea multiple times in a day. Every morning my sleep gets broken. Some ppl play loud music. Some have kids who create lot of noise, they will keep running and jumping over your head whole day. All these things bothers me a lot so I am strictly not looking for flat in high rise. I am looking for top floor in low rise.

    Hello sir, i am planning to buy villa in rise resort, they are asking for advance but they said that they will only send mail saying that they have received this amount and are not giving me any government stamp paper that they have received this amount and sold me for fix amount. They are saying we will only give BBA only after receiving 50%. Of the property price less than that only a email, i am doubtful about that , they should be giving me some government stamp paper, even i am giving 30 Lakhs, that is also a big amount. What do you suggest?
