Not all calories are created equal! 200 calories of cake aren't the same as 200 calories of vegetables. Today is one of the few times I'm watching you before bed as I'm up late, usually I listen in the morning while doing my workout. You and JB are my workout partners sometimes Aaron too.
The cake has bioavailable calcium and protein. The vegetables have no nutritional value to speak of. Just water and fiber, and minerals bound to anti nutrients.
I just recently bought a 25 ft gym rope that I tied to a tree in the backyard. I this rope climb into my daily routine, I must say that it’s 60 years old. It is a killer. My kids think I’ve lost my mind. Thanks for the information. God bless.
tell "the kids" to shut up and go ask mom to make them a hot pocket and that the couch is getting cold, they are a cushion warmer and a resource scavenger, and that is their entirety of value. You COULD also lay down a bet that if they can climb the rope, they can live rent free for two weeks. This is up to you, of course. Keep up the good work!
LOLOL, I know you know the old joke about why there are more attys than lab rats, b/c there are things that rats just won't do... I LOVE your videos! As one who has been screwed by attys in the past (single mom, child support issues, etc.), it's more than only wonderful to discover an atty who truly CARES about ppl. THANKS, Matt!!!!

I bought a power-cage a few months ago. I was paying 150 per month for a gym membership. Got rid of that payment and invested in my own gym. Nothing better than busting out the squats, dead lifts, cable exercises.
i am very active during the day in my job. I used NOT to be. It sure helps keep my health concern at bay. People think im nuts because i walk to work (it's slightly under a mile) while some of these kids DRIVE that distance._ When nobody is looking my favorite workout is in 90 degree weather carrying a cinder block, either shoulder and sometimes over my head, sometimes in front of me. They call it a "Farmer's walk" And i have a hernia...and i can STILL do it. Age=55 Kids today are lazy and stupid
That’s great. The home workouts are just as good if not better it’s not about the fancy gym membership too many people care about that before just actually getting it done.
