Travel tip with dirty gear or dirty laundry in general: keep it in a sealable bag separate from the clean gear and street clothes. That way it doesn't stink up your travel bags.
The one thing I'm wondering is bracers that are made of light leather. I know after a while they'll be stinky hence I'll need to change them. I'll put tape underneath so it's not all gross on the leather, to prevent the stench to give me stinky heat later. (Anything leather really, if there's a way to clean it or advice about it, I'm all ears).
This info is amazingly helpful ive been looking into going into training bit late in life but better late then never. Youve been a big inspiration on me trying. Where do you get you gear mike?
What about knee pads and kick pads ? I would usually just scrub them down a bit with soap/bodywash and water . But they typically didn't get too rank anyway. Just wondering if there was a trick I didn't know . Thanks a million , I LOVE your channel !
I often use Dreft for Dr. Dan's wrestling gear, either the regular kind or the "Active baby" kind. It is a good germ killer, plus it has a pleasant, soft smell. I've often considered making my own sensitive skin detergent and selling it as gear cleaner at shows simply because I've smelled a lot of gross bags.
How can I get one of those red Chikara logo shirts you're wearing here?? Love the navy blue one that's on the shop, but would love to own a red one as well!
Apologies if you have already made a video about this. But is it possible to make a video on personal Hygiene? And ways of keeping yourself Smelling nice before, during and after a match?
Hand wash the gear that is bleeding by itself, in a tub or basin, a few times. Massage the fabric vigorously and then rinse and dry. Do this...maybe 3 to 5 times? That way, whatever is going to bleed, bleeds and goes down the drain. It may not work 100% but it will greatly reduce the amount of bleed.

I am strongly convinced that Febreeze was invented for wrestling gear bags.
It is liquid gold for sure!

My last 4 sets were made by Closet Champion, and I wear a butarga, pants, a belt and wrist gauntlets, so it's pretty involved.

I'm Mike Quackenbush, and I endorse this message!
Your channel is so good. Thank you!
Thanks, Senpai!
Where do I find Feebreze or something Similar same good in Germany?
I love Mike Quackenbush

We rotate the colors around. If the red one isn't in now...just wait a little while, and it will come around again.
You should make a video about workouts
Where is something like Woolite in Germany something same good!
Got any tips on how to clean white wrestling boots?
Mr. Clean magic stick

How do you prevent color bleeding from my tights on to my other gear? My gear bleeds into my knee pads when I sweat

3:48 Isnt the sun gonna fade your clothes?
Quack is wiseman
Careful with the sunlight! UV rays degrade nylon threads and fabric, which your gear may have.
This is a fine point! I sun dry my stuff inside-out to minimize exactly this. Thanks for the tip!
What if I don't have a bathtub? I only have a standing shower.
A big bucket or basin could work just as well.
Truly no one wants to be known to have Stink Heat in wrestling...
That's no joke!
Instead of a tub, can’t you just use a big 5 gal. bucket from Lowe’s? Lol. That’s what I do.
