Sehr guter Kanal!
Being over 60, I believe that consistency is what makes the difference. When you have little time, you can always squeeze in few KB and bodyweight exercise with good intensity. Move, move, move!
The cardiovascular benefits are amazing. Have only been using kettlebells for about a year. But even just diing the swing and the squat and my heart is pumping like crazy. Usually zone 3 or 4. Incredible
Weiter so! Legend shit!
Es macht auf jeden Fall Sinn, mit einem einfachen Workout deine Regelmässigkeit aufzubauen. Je einfacher (und dabei gleichzeitig effektiv), desto besser. 💪🔥
11:21 I had to laugh at this part in #8 because this is EXACTLY how I look when I’m snatching a weight that’s heavier than my body is used to snatching 😅 Or when I’m pushing myself to do more reps than my body probably wants to do without rest
RTFP run the program exactly as it says. at least once. then you'll know if it works or not for you and then you can modify it. But not until doing it exactly as written and learning about it.
40 - 45 times a year? seriously? That's less than once per week. I mean it is better than once a month or nothing at all but 3-4 times a week gives a good balance of exercise and rest/recovery and 3 20min KB sessions at home per week is still less than 1 hour per week. Surely everyone can find 1 hour of wasted time per week (probably surfing the internet or on social media) that could be better used exercising?
I am serious. And people are making great progress with 40 workouts/ year. This is not a recommendation or the optimal way. This is experience and (our) data speaking.
Yes, 3-4 times a week is amazing for everyone, people like Gregory could go even more because they're in passion with the exercises. A normal everyday human, who probably haven't exercised in 10 years or w.e. doing it 1-2 a week is plenty, make them build the discipline and consistency, make it a normal thing to do every now and then instead of "ugh... I have to do this again" work mindset that they have to force themselves into things, hence X session per year instead of tracking weekly sessions, i would say it also is good long term mindset, i lost a lot of weight doing weekly calorie tracking instead of daily, count your daily calories and add it total for the week, if you have cheat days or want to enjoy sth, sure, just make sure you understand that you will need to work more. This is Biggest mistake beginners do, they go too hard from the start thinking its okay, since youtuber said so. You have to understand that building consistency and discipline will mean you can do these exercises for 10 years straight with no skipping, but going 3-4/week and in a month or two depending on person it might be just too exhausting. I personally do 4 a week, im using KB for almost 2 years now, first 4-5 months i did 1-3 times, built the technique and consistency, now i would do it even more often but 4 is plenty for me as i work physical job on top.
I love what I am learning in the Kettlebell world. Being an ex-body builder in the early 1990's in south Florida Where I was doing competitional Body Building. I was there everything in its right place if you know what I mean. Now I am in my Seventy's and am though with the Pretty boy look as I had back in the Day. I have subway into this wonderful new way of training where all my body parts get to participate in the training without so much restrictive routines that you get into to get the effect on the muscle /muscles you are trying to train. The kettlebells tighten me right up no matter what I am working on. They strengthen the whole body in the inter cord to the joints and muscles. But you will not look like a pretty boy. But you will be strong as HELL. and that is what I am all about now. BEEN THERE DONE THAT. PUMPING IRON AND GETTING JACKED AS THEY SAY TODAY IS ALRIGHT IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT AND ARE YOUNG AND FULL OF CUM. I HAD GREAT TIMES IN MY YOUNGER YEARS ON THE IRON. BUT KETTLEBELLS TO ME TODAY IS THE CREME DE LA CREME OF TRAINING THE BODY TO GO THE DISTANCE AND LIVE HEALTHEY, LONG LIFE, AND STRONG. THANKS FOR THE TIME

Great to hear!
I love this video! An honest look into shallow, and often funny, motivations that newcomers might have when working out.
Great video. Covering the mental/philosophical mistakes and then covering specific form details to watch for.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Great video Gregory! Do I have permission to share it?😊
I see what you did there! LOL Of course, go ahead!

Love it! RTP!
Have you seen Oleksandr Usyk kettlebell demonstration he put on UA-cam?,it looks dangerous especially for his feet if was too drop them.
The juggling?
@@lebe-stark Yes I think so what's your take on what he's doing?
He does it for views; not because it's actually helping his sport.

Thanks for sharing, brother!
Why and how is kettlebell better than a barbell from your perspective?
I never said that@@cyrylski
@@lebe-stark my mistake! I was addressing the OP @Williamtolbert5011 😄 as I'm curious. He saw benefits, I was curious what they were precisely.
My bad! Sorry for bein stupid! LOL@@cyrylski
