I notice you cut the stem with leaves and bud. So does this mean you are using all of the parts or are you just using certain parts. Great video

thanks! Yes, we use the whole thing, buds and stems and the little leaves, we just cut it about an inch above the ground. Although probably the root is edible too, ha ha.
