I guess it wasn't really necessary to show Yammys third form. Since the whole megalophobia thing. I don't think it would pass even in normal size since it's pretty much just a gorilla with horns. This might not be a popular opinion, but I kinda liked the idea of the twist with the number 0. However, the build up wasn't there, the execution didn't really make sense and it happened at an irrelevant point for Yammy in the story. There are rumors about a potential remake of the Bleach anime with Kubo highly involved, just like the TYBWA that's currently airing. If a remake is done, I hope they could do some changes to make the twist work. An idea could be making Yammy appear earlier in Hueaco Mundo and use his second form which would still have the number 10. Maybe even have his third form rock the number 10. Then a bit like Janemba from the DBZ fusion reborn movie where this giant guy that is hard to really take seriously, powers up by becoming way smaller and use all that stored power more concentrated and then the number 0 would appear. They should also ditch the whole number 1 - 10 statement Yammy had and add smaller hints to the number 0 thing instead.

That same Vasto Lorde hollow design of Ichigo who fought against Ulquiorra wearing a shihakusho. Wearing a shihakusho and using a Zanpakuto means he is a fusion of soul reaper and hollow. Fought against Ulquiorra? Wait it was no fight. It was that hollow playing with Ulquiorra and felt like a one sided massacre.
