Hey Nick! I have some news for you. Today I conducted THE GREAT CUPCAKE COOKOFF! Basically comparing 4 different vanilla cupcake recipes in search of the best one. Yours was one of the contenders along with three other cooking youtubers who I won't name (all you need to know is they are VERY well recieved on UA-cam). The Scran Line came out #1!!! The cupcakes puffed far up more than the others, were incredibly moist with a beautiful soft texture and of course were also a knock out on flavor. I was skeptical about the yoghurt but I couldn't taste it at all in the final product. This one is going straight to my recipe book and all my friends agree that they are delicious. Thanks for sharing so much with us Nick!!

If you’re diabetic you should avoid sweet things in general because sugar substitutes like agave nectar will still have glucose and fructose in them because... well they’re sweet.
The pumpkin one should have had pumpkin in the frosting and some sort of coffee flavor and less caramel/dulce de Leche because it's supposed to be pumpkin latte, not caramel pumpkin. Otherwise, the rest look good. Oh and raisins in the rice pudding would have been good too! :)

Matcha is generally a warm drink you'd have in the cooler months.
Faultty • Cold nights studying in university in Toronto meant constantly going to the local Starbucks for matcha drinks! It's a comfort thing like pumpkin spice
