Ok guys, i found out the ketchup spaghetti was what poor families in the US ate during the great depression... And also a "struggle meal" for families, students, who have very little money for food. That's why it exists. Like buttered pasta/noodles. Which i think is sort of the italian alfredo in americn form. It has the same ingredients. 🤔

Garlic Parmesan Mac n Cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cup milk
16 oz macaroni
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1. Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
2. Add in the chicken broth, milk, cayman pepper, garlic powder, and macaroni. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.
4. Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
5. Serve immediately, and top with parsley.
6. Enjoy!
