I was disappointment with Shelly not competing in her last Olympics however for me, she has done it all and she has NOTHING to prove. She is the GREATEST. Tia was phenomenal. She made us proud. Julien Alfred, wow! What a race. Well done ladies.

I am sure it has something to do with her being locked out and possibly did not have enough time to warm up. If that is so team Jamaica should protest and Shelly be allowed to run in the final since there are 9 lanes. I am now beginning to believe Tia could create a big upset in the final.

Sorry to hear that she did nor state. She stepped down sadly. I heard she did not have enough time to warm up. The likely winner now is Julien Alfred, followed by either Tia Clayton or Shar Carri Richardson. Also Richardson did not have time to do her warm up, prevented from getting into the warm up area and had to walk a distance to get into the warm up area.
