    As per Karnataka HC judgement, for layouts formed prior to the finalisation of Revised Master Plan 2015, the requirement of setting apart buffer zones as contemplated in the Zonal Regulations of RMP-2015 is not applicable. So if anyone receives any notice, you may kindly refer to this judgement

    Hi, thank you for sharing the details and spreading awareness. What if someone purchase the plot which fall within the buffer zone. What are the options they will have, please explain.

      If there is any violation then you will at risk but if it's too old layouts need not worry much, if you have purchased recently in any new layouts and buffer zone is violated then govt may take action accordingly as and when required

    Sir thank you for the information. My plot is dc converted and approved by Biappa now I can see that my land comes in green zone (park, playfield and open space). Is it fine or do we expect any problem in future.

      Please watch complete video sir, have given information on the width of primary, secondary & teritiary SWD as well. Primary - 25 ft, Secondary - 16 ft, Teritiary - 6-9 ft.

      BDA is the planning authority whereas BBMP is a city corporation which takes care of providing/maintaining basic civic amenities in Bangalore city.

    Sir, nam site inda ondu 30 to 40 feet doorakke arkavati halla idey, naala tara, as it's a Revenue site, and doesn't has any notice on it yet, it comes under survey no.16, Dasanapura 2 hobli, siddanahosahalli village, madanayakanahalli grama, now it comes under CMC limits issuing cmc khatas, is their any problem, please clarify.

      This buffer zone is applicable for properties within bbmp limits. However if your property is beyond 30-50 meters from Rajakaluve it would be good for everyone.
