Give infra push to Mangalore, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Hassan, Bellary, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Belgaum & other smaller cities in the state.

Distribute IT companies to smaller cities in the state uniformly.

Giving IT companies to them is not govt's call. Companies should decide that. Govt can at Max give land, subsidies and tax cuts(which they already tried for many cities from long time) but no company willing to go to smaller cities. They are happy to pay tax but will stay in Bangalore. It's more about culture and environment of City than just tax cuts or free land
Instead of that need to bring immigration policy and should avoid people coming from across the country to save environment, culture and languages.
We don't want to make cities of Karnataka as Bengaluru. We want our Garden city back.

I have homes in both Hyderabad and Bengaluru
And in Hyderabad it floods even when it rains for 5 minutes
Never saw anyone calling it Ghante Ka Cyberabad
It floods every year in mumbai. Once I remember Amitabh saying that he lost all his Bentleys Rolls-Royces in flood
Never seen anyone say Ghante Ka economic capital
It floods every year in chennai, even in Kerala which never used to flood earlier

Good sir, thank you. Earlier, you were putting blame on govt, now you realized that the issue is with the intensity of rain and not govt. The buildings were built by previous govt which were not bothered about people. Now, how this govt can change the structure all of sudden. If people agree, then they hve and must relocate from such places and allow rain to take it's place in such lands. It's not easy for them, but they have to and govt shd help them to provide house in places which doesn't get much affected by rain.
Politicians are very happy. They can swallow crores of rupees in the name rain, flood. No basic facilities are providecd. There is competition among the ministers to take charge of Bangalore development to make money. Disgusting.

The ‘ Raja Kaluve has to be cleared by ‘ BBMP ‘ as per ‘ HC orders & let it happen on its supervisions immediately . Further any other place where the water is logged , like ‘ Rain bow’ or any other locality having similar positions , the Govt . Should take full responsibility to actions on ‘ promoters , all the officials ‘ right from DC to Thahashidhers , who has approved it . The builders has also the responsibility in it .
