There are many Lagna kundalis. Jupiter can be considered one Lagna, Moon can be considered one Lagna, etc. Then there are Arudha Lagnas. Those are used for different purposes.

At the moment Mars is debilitated in the Cancer sign so I don't think so you'll get something better as of now, however you can give it a short if there are certain combinations in your chart, you may get a good price for it.

It appears that Saturn aspects are incorrectly said for Capricorn. Aspects will be on 4th, 8th & 11th for Capricorn.
Those are Parashari aspects. We do not follow Parashari aspects on this channel. Watch the video few times and you may understand.
