Today I want to discuss the types of progressors in hiv.This depends on the innate immunity of a person.If ART of patient is not started patient will develop AIDS in a time period depending on his immunity,his genetic constitution, the virulence of the virus or the virus type and the geographical area.With the modern era of ART ,though types of progressors does not matter as all patients on ART are mostly stable and do not progress to aids
But if a patient becomes lost to follow up, we can predict the progression of disease by the fall in CD4 and the type of progressors the person is.This is also an important landmark for working towards the Treatment of HIV.The patients whose viral load remain not detected inspite of not taking treatment are in functional cure.Studies on these patients guided us how to achieve functional cureLets understand how much this retrovirus can effect us.

Beta you are too young for 95 kgs, and this is the reason for high bp.Achieve an ideal BMI.Hiv has nothing to do with weight or bp.If you are negative at 3 months or max at 6 months,You are negative forever from that particular exposure.

U explained in some comment in one rare case in china where test had not detected antigen and antibodies test but he had came positive in PCR test I am having confuse in this how come mam antigen is present on the top of the virus it would have came positive because it had detected PCR came positive how come antigen test came negative because antigen is present on the top of virus how it had not detected in antigen test

मेम 5महीने 15 दिन में एचआईवी 1&2 स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट नोन रिएक्टिव आया फिर 6 महीने1 दिन में रेपिड टेस्ट नॉन रिएक्टिव आया तो मेम इसको कनफर्म करने के लिए वेस्टर्न बॉलड टेस्ट की जरूरत तो नहीं या फिर 7महीने या फिर 8 महीने 9 महीने में टेस्ट करना पड़ेगा क्यों की सिम्टम्स है जैसे गले में लिमफ नॉड मुंह में सफेद दाने आदि नजर आ रहे तो क्या करे मेम प्लीज रिप्लाई
Aapko ab kisi test ki zaroorat nahin hai ,aapko HIV nahin hai .Aap kisi ENT specialist ko check karwa sakte hain.Lymph nodes sirf hiv mein nahin,kisi bhi kaan,naak aur gale ki infection mein ,ya phir dental infection mein bhi enlarge ho sakte hain.

Long term non progressor virus replication hi nahi rehata hai or it will effect in hiv tests ccr5 defect
Or it's about only a single virus Jo ccr5 defect rehta hai
No dear ,in all non progressors low grade viral replication is going on in blood or reservoir sites,though it is below detection limit.So this much virus is enough to mount an immune response and produce antibodies
