Definitely recommend the eurotackle scud ... They are smaller than the stone fly ... I use the gold color .. it is lighter and looks more like a natural scud as well as grass shrimp and a few other small species
I might have to give that a shot. I've stayed away from it so far because of how small it is. I thought it would just be too small to fish effectively in the bodies of water I normally fish.
I use trout magnets on double rig 10 in apart in the canal next to the condo here in lauderdale lakes, when you get two at a time its fun, use different colors, you should give it a try, usr 4 lb line. love your vedios and your local keep fishing!

You should try the EPF swim. Even though it's only 1 inch the action on the tail is amazing.
