When will people get, that anime isn't bound to japan, it just is the japanese term for animation and makes it easier to express, that you mean asian cartoons?
I have no problem or whatsoever ranking this serie in the top of ANY cartoon really! It's superb in so many ways, and the low focus on sexual stuff just made it at least a million times better! Hopefully there really will be a second season as they stated in the end of season 1, and hopefully it'll be at the very least as good as the first season! Can't wait!! :D

Cause ya' know, this is a good anime & it's pretty impressive the Chinese made this. Besides, it's easier to make things under a one-party system if done correctly. Maybe with a few tweaks along the way, China could become a country that the West will love.
Chairman Meow This anime is good not because of the one party system or whatever, but because of people who actually DO things... Let's make it clear that the government did not fond this anime in anyway, and they were in no way involved in the efficiency of the anime. Besides, who care if the West likes us or not? Whether people do or don't, we are always there and we will always do things our way. Spreading your political opinions everywhere will not do any good to that...
