Coriander seeds - 1tbsp
Cloves - 4
Peppercorn - 10
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Pudina/mint leaves - 10-15
Coriander leaves - very little
Oil - 2tsp
salt to taste
water for cooking and grinding
Tempering
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 1 broken
Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Very . V. V. Little loss if u wash cut veges once. Not to keep dem soaking long or refridgerated once cut.
Potatoes must wash.. SomeToxins in plant have leptin poison, n over sticky starch residue spoils de finish of cooked taste.
in fact de finish of curry is v. refined & much Finer in taste.
