      But literally...
My therapist does almost nothing (she only talks and complains with me, sometimes she's friendly)
But while listening to YOHIO's music or podcasts, I feel better, calm, relaxed. Mobile phones are banned in my school. I'm so happy about starting high school after holidays!
Okay, back to story. Once in Geography, my classmates were really mad at me (idk why, they just tried to bully me all the time, lol, I fu*ked with them while that) and they started to calling names and calling me a girl. I'm transgender, so 'girl' hurts a lot :( And when the full class shouted 'girl, girl!' I put on my headphones and played 'My Nocturnal Serenade.' Before this, I though I would cry, but his music helped me. One way, I couldn't hear them anymore, another way, I could feel something else. They reported me to our head teacher, but she didn't do anything. It's a silly story, but it means a lot for me. Thank him for everything! ❤

@@P4cient You are really brave and sound like you are stronger. I wasn't sure if you were switching to being a girl or to a boy, but kids are shyte. I was ostracized in primary school, and that along with unsupportive family members made me what I am now. The only saving grace was my best friend and aunt. You are stronger than you give yourself for. 💜💜💜

@@P4cient kids are shitty, always were always will be. There's no one way to stop someone from bullying you but generally owning it and going with it like it is a really funny joke takes away from the pleasure a bully gets. Next time they call you a girl just go with it, if you present as male, make a really cheesy impersonation of the Kardashians or what not, just act like you are in on it. And remember your school years are just a tiny blip in your life. You'll go on to do great things and meet amazing people while they stay unhappy and project their insecurities on whoever they can. And as someone who was bullied throughout their school years, I just want to hug you and tell you that you are valid.

I too suffer from being bipolar. So you are not alone. You may not have what I have, but I know the struggle is real. And when people tell me to 'get over it' or 'cheer up'....wrong things to say. Because that just pisses me off even more. Do you have a support system within your family that you can talk to? Or a best friend? That is important as well. Try and journal, or go ahead and cry. Sometimes after we cry we feel a bit better. I hope what I said made you feel better, even if it was a tiny tiny bit. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

wow im late lol, I remember when I was younger and was completely addicted to your music. In that time I had a pretty bad mental health condition and wasn't able to even get out of my bed. I wasn't doing well in school and was skipping a lot of classes because of bullying and lack of motivation, but I found your videos back then and started listening to your songs. I was really inspired by you, really, and you helped me so much while I was figuring out how to get through this.
So; I found my old phone recently and listened to the songs that the younger-me had left there and I remembered all this. I searched up your name and it made me extremely happy to see you're still active and making music. I had a rough week, and listening to your voice again was the same to listening to an old friend. Thank you so much, Yohio. I listened to your recent songs and loved them all lol, congratulations and please keep being this marvelous human. I'll be supporting you from here!

here’s some advice i gave my friend, inspired by the beginning monologue thingy. it’ll be here in case anyone needs it
okay, you're going to hit a roadblock like everyone does. this is the universes way of picking out the weeds in life. the test is if you get through it or let this puddle drown you. the puddle seems like an ocean right now, and you're gonna wanna get swept away by the currents. but don't. hold your head up high, and keep swimming. when you get to the distant shore, you'll be rewarded.

For most of my life, I've had anxiety and clinical depression. It's been a long fight that tirelessly goes on even now, and I don't think I'll ever fully get rid of it. Anxiety and depression are silent monsters inside oneself that ultimately have to be handled alone. Outside forces do help though, like good people in your life or different pieces of entertainment. It can help significantly to receive the good things around you, even when it is difficult to feel those good things. I'm in a position that secludes me from friends at the moment, but I do channel many of my problems into fiction I write, read, and watch. It's my self-therapy. For a lot of people, it is. You're right that inspiration can be taken from different places, and it can be used to benefit oneself. There are many ways it can be helped, but not everyone can climb that high without getting tired of their struggles. What I'm hoping to convey is this: it's your climb, but please take the good tools around you and keep on climbing. It's hard, immensely hard, and falling is a possibility, but I hope people can catch themselves before they hit the bottom again.

    1. Plan... I never had any special plan that I could follow for a few days. It's hard for me to make a plan because I don't have anything to do with my time. Now I started to learn Japanese and do it at different times. I tried once to make a plan and follow it every day, but it ended in nothing. I gave up this case because, as always, all my plans are ruined by my parents. Whenever I start to be busy with something really important to me, they always need something from me. Even if I explain that I'm busy, they insist on their own. Therefore, I have to abandon my plan and do what is required of me. I always help my parents, just help is always needed at the wrong time.
    2. Unfortunately, I'm a very shy person. Even a simple walk from home to the store for me, like something terrible. It may sound silly, but I'm afraid of people. Of course, I can go for a walk with a friend, but even that makes me feel uncomfortable.
    3. Like I said, it's hard for me to be around people. Especially in real life. So I find people on the Internet and communicate with them there. It’s much easier for me than to walk with some company. But that doesn't mean I don't want to talk to someone in my life. Yes, I'm afraid, yes, I feel awkward, but even so, I'm trying to get out of this "isolation." I have the only real-life friend I've had since elementary school. He's the only person who's friends with me.
    4. Source of inspiration... I think you're the source of inspiration, Yohio. Your work makes me try to do what I've wanted for a long time, but I couldn't start. Indeed, I couldn’t begin to learn Japanese, although for several years this idea hasn’t left my head. So I finally decided to try this hard thing.
    5. Relax. It's hard to relax. There are reasons for that. I've never been able to just relax in my life. Whenever I tried to relax, I was just not allowed to do it either in school time or in my free time.
I guess that's all I wanted to say. I'm still grateful that you came into my life, Yohio. I look forward to your new work. I think I can make a difference in my life because of you. Thank you. I'm in love with you 💕

I started meditation back in middle school when things got rough medically and was accused of faking the medical stuff - but the anxiety is still always at the back of my mind. At the time I didn't know what I was doing, but it helped me. I still practice a grounding technique based on visualizing a barren wasteland that becomes my own paradise - a safe place to turn negative things into positive.
I met one of my best friends in high school when faced with financial problems and at the time, I didn't even know her. She is (always will be) my pack leader & we talk when we can. *So even if you don't think you have anyone, believe me - you'll eventually find someone who will be willing to calm you when things get rough.
Thank you Yohio for the anxiety tips and will share them with my other friends online & offline.

MY YOHIO!!!! Suffering from severe panic attacks and bipolar....the only way for me unfortunately are meds. I have tried everything and the mind can be a dangerous place. My beautiful aunt put it this way..."think of it this way. A diabetic needs to take meds to help, we are like a diabetic. There is no shame in taking medications.". Your words will help so many who suffer from this. Knowing they are not alone...or 'weird' because of suffering from anxiety, will help so much. And for you to do this podcast for US, makes me love you even more. Let's just hope my guitar teacher knows who DISREIGN and YOHIO are....lol...Oh...one thing you forgot....CHOCOLATE! That helps too. Lololol!!! Big hugs to a gorgeous man with a beautiful soul. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

First of all, thank you so so much for these podcasts. I listened to Setting Goals last night, and my mindset has already improved. I'm so shocked. I really love that you take the time to read the comments, and really show care for all of us, your fans. I know I'm speaking for every one of your fans here, saying, that we all appreciate it. Thank you so much. If you could maybe talk about depression sometime, that would be very helpful. I'm in a pretty rough spot, and just hearing some advice or something from you would be awesome. I love you so much Yohioさん! ❤❤❤

I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder since... well, since I was born. I started my treatments some months ago, and I’m finally feeling well after my whole life. I really thing that people should talk about this theme a little bit more, cause it’s an important thing to talk about. Thanks for doing this video! 🙏❤️
