Wow I'm inspired by mam Maggie. She's phenomenal, eloquent and smart. She's a definition of a Queen. The confidence and how she propelled herself to be great in every role and responsibility she was given is amazing. She knew her purpose and went hard at doing it the best way only she knows how. I love her and i have learnt alot from her. She is 1 of the people i look up to. Thank you Mr Mdaka for everything and knowledge you put out there, you are making a great impact in our lives. I'm truly inspired and motivated to become the best i can be.
Very inspirational. I took a lot out of this conversation. Mme Maggie just exudes warmth, focus and clear determination. Crediting other people for her success speaks volume of her.
Impressive! Partnership is key! Let's focus more on complimenting each other rather than competing with one another. If you want to compete, just compete with yourself and get better and better! Thanks Witness. God bless you!
I totally enjoyed this conversation, such an inspirational woman. My biggest takeaway is: Partnership plays a major role in our career and overall growth. Also who you decide to marry will make or break you. Thank you Witness and Mrs Mojapelo for this amazing conversation ❤
@@ItsMoreThanJustMoney It my pleasure brother, I learned a lot of things by watching your UA-cam channel. And today's guest outlined something which is close to me. The issue of mastering your craft and not asking for raise.
The humility to learn, resilience and hunger for knowledge and the desire to be exceptional is astonishing. What an inspiration, rea leboga Mme Maggie Mojapelo. Great content, Mr Mdaka
This podcast was recommended, and how accurate. I feel like a Mme Mojapelo... Her story resonates so deeply and this conversation is timely because it comes at a time in my own HR journey where I have decided to settle and spend the next few DECADES coasting along😂 she helped me find the language to why I do what I do when it seemed like I landed a role that doesn't serve that purpose. I used to believe I do this to serve, but really I partner with organisations to create or add value... These conversations are necessary because it often feels like we're the first on a path but the generation before us have done so much!
An amazing session there was a lot to learn from this session. its actually amazing how she managed to change from career to career, it takes someone with a courage to challenge themselves in trying new things.
I'm inspired, I'm in Learning and Development studying Labour Relations and I am in awe. If I ever doubted my career choice mmeMojapelo has just reassured me that I am in the right place and I am living in my purpose. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Wooow. I love her, I didn't know about her She said she went to ask about the floor manager position that she applied for, she always wants to know and have knowledge.
Really inspiring! Would love to hear more about how young talent can sell themselves better in the work force. And Tips from an HR perspective in landing those roles because what she shared I have never heard anywhere else! Amazing
🎉🎉this is so inspiring, I hold a Degree in psychology and a PGCE, so am teaching too, I know I don't want to spend the rest of my life teaching but I am enjoying my teaching journey.. Inspired to register for a course I have been putting on hold.
How does she know what she called do she started from teaching to HR how did she find herself. That she belong to which career I like her very informative nice keep up the good work thanks. Very influential, bright thanks again.
If it’s gonna help me gain knowledge and get the 6 figures bank account and independence then I’ll gladly do it. Rather than suffer with penny-less pride . 😅
