Wow I'm inspired by mam Maggie. She's phenomenal, eloquent and smart. She's a definition of a Queen. The confidence and how she propelled herself to be great in every role and responsibility she was given is amazing. She knew her purpose and went hard at doing it the best way only she knows how. I love her and i have learnt alot from her. She is 1 of the people i look up to. Thank you Mr Mdaka for everything and knowledge you put out there, you are making a great impact in our lives. I'm truly inspired and motivated to become the best i can be.

Very inspirational. I took a lot out of this conversation. Mme Maggie just exudes warmth, focus and clear determination. Crediting other people for her success speaks volume of her.

Impressive! Partnership is key! Let's focus more on complimenting each other rather than competing with one another. If you want to compete, just compete with yourself and get better and better! Thanks Witness. God bless you!

I totally enjoyed this conversation, such an inspirational woman. My biggest takeaway is: Partnership plays a major role in our career and overall growth. Also who you decide to marry will make or break you.
Thank you Witness and Mrs Mojapelo for this amazing conversation ❤

@@ItsMoreThanJustMoney It my pleasure brother, I learned a lot of things by watching your UA-cam channel. And today's guest outlined something which is close to me. The issue of mastering your craft and not asking for raise.

This podcast was recommended, and how accurate. I feel like a Mme Mojapelo... Her story resonates so deeply and this conversation is timely because it comes at a time in my own HR journey where I have decided to settle and spend the next few DECADES coasting along😂 she helped me find the language to why I do what I do when it seemed like I landed a role that doesn't serve that purpose. I used to believe I do this to serve, but really I partner with organisations to create or add value...
These conversations are necessary because it often feels like we're the first on a path but the generation before us have done so much!
