Good morning gentlemen, Holy sheep dip! That's a ton-o-shtuff for under $90 and it definitely sounded Stratsy(?) enough for me. This would be a great starter for pretty much anybody. Then, a little tweaking and upgrading could make a decent keeper. Round off the bottom of that head and many would be none the wiser it's not a Strat. Very cool jam also! Thank you for posting another awesome unboxing/demo video. It's great to hear Dan knocking off some smooth rock and roll in the morning. "Til next week!!
Thanks very much, Marky, for watching and commenting as always. We appreciate your time and kindness and want to wish you a very happy belated Halloween 🎃👍!
I truly love your channel. I learn so much and get such a good vibe, just hanging out. I'm all over the place with your videos; old, new, depends. Anyways, I BOUGHT this guitar today for $50! I found it on Craigslist LA ,yesterday. A lady bought the kit for her 11 y/o granddaughter, who thought it too heavy to play, and quit. No goody bag in my deal, but $50?, I'll take it! I got home, plugged her in and am I ever pleased. I thought I'd gotten a good deal, and this video confirms it. Thanks gents.
A big Thx for not forgetting me and my E ❤ - that guitar rang descent long but not very articulated in my ears. On the other hand Dan played such a beautiful jam to the backing track on it and gave me goosebumps 👏👏👏. Unbelievable hardware for this price, isn’t it? A wonderful startpoint for a modding project i guess. So this was another enjoying review I have to thanks for - go on boys for the rest of my time and beyond.... 🖖
Btw, reviewing the same guitar model more than once isn't bad. It allows us to see if the brand is consistent with the quality, which is REALLY good to know 😊
@leodanryan966 Great one guys! Glad you’re all feeling better now! I just got out of a 7 day hospital stay. Two major back surgeries, couple days apart, so y’all gotta pump out some extra video’s for me to watch, while recovering. 😅 I bought one of these back when you first tested them, as a mod project. Right around $400 now, it’s a damn fine guitar! Had some solid parts layin around, and bought some more. This one worked out really well ✌️ Stay Healthy, my Friends.
Very Cool, Thankyou. Awesome demo/review and playing as always. Can never have too many "Blackie" Strats. Have you tried the Monoprice 5w Tube Amp? I hear good things about them, same as the Harley Benton 5w Tube amp I believe. All the best. Cheers
Thanks very much for watching and for your kind comments and question. No we haven't tried it, but we're aware of it. We exclusively use the Fender Mustang LT25 (nowadays). Before that we used a Fender Mustang GT 100w. It doesn't take much of an amp in our little studio 🎃👍!
Dan sounds great as always! The Monoprice Indio sounds pretty good for the price. I have an idea to make Leo's job a little easier. Dan should play guitar and dance while wearing lederhosen and testing the sustain for Gunther, all in the same shot. Just an idea....lol! God bless!
On my UA-cam channel you can find the guitar bases of my songs. They are very high quality bases. I'll leave you the link. You can listen to the versions played by my guitarists by accessing the "Danny Dember" songs playlist. If you like them you can download them, play with your guitar and publish the video... ua-cam.com/play/PLnLeHK0UhVocSUS6XU3pOvNl5wSO4dGPi.html@@leodanryan966
Hey Leo and Dan so I'm new to the guitar world and been looking at your videos since I'm looking to pickup s beginner guitar. Since we are almost ending the year do you have any recommendations to get as a first ever guitar from Donner to monoprice to others idk which one TBH?
Thanks very much Christian for watching this and for your kind question. I think the Donner DST-152 is a great guitar even for a professional. It is one we've reviewed several times and all were great 🎃👍!
Dan's playing always KILLS me. So great! Thank you to both of you for these videos.
Thanks very much for watching and for your very kind comments. We're glad you enjoyed watching our humble video😎👍!

Thanks very much Captain for your suggestion, I'll pass it along to Dan and tell him it's an order from the Captain. 🎃👍!
Woah! That was a mental picture I really didn't need painted!
Ridiculous price. Up here in Canada, they have a blue one for $138CAD. Good one for a beginner. Dan brings out the best in these Indios!
Thanks very much as always Cal and Rocko for watching, and for your kind words 🎃👍!
Ciao da Roma! Bel suono!!!
