I have been using this for a few months now. I really like it and don't have anything negative to say about the wallet yet. I like that it's lightweight, compact and very affordable. The instructions were easy to follow to set it up. I would get another if it breaks eventually. I like the capacity adjustment option.
The cork material feels nice and after a year of use no fraying of the crisp edges. The folds make for a more bulky wallet than if stitched or bonded but no holes to weaken the material as can happen with stitched leather wallets.

Very light, and super comfortable footprint and the cork is surprisingly strong. We'll see how it holds up!

How is your cork wallet, 3 months in?

I've been using the wallet with 6 cards ( 2 embossed) and a wad of cash inside and two non embossed cards in the outside pocket, so we can safely say I've stuffed it. And honestly? It still looks and feels great.
Durability wise it has no tears or marks. The only sort of "damage" I've acquired is that the peg hole has become slightly bigger due to my overstuffing. I tried reducing the amount of cards and it isn't loose despite this either, mostly thanks to the resizing capabilities. There are also some "creaks" in the corners, but they aren't really noticable and don't affect the structural integrity of it. I've even gotten it somewhat wet, (not soaked or doused mind you) in rain weather and it still manages to hold up.
My biggest complaint is the peg itself. If you put your wallet in your pants with the peg facing outwards you'll get a weird bump. I simply turn the wallet around and keep the peg towards my leg. The wallet is flexible so it doesn't hurt at all. I don't even notice it. Let me know if there's any questions you have and I'll gladly answer!

This design would be great for a leather wallet
Absolutely and there is one that's close! The Finnegan from the Lost Dutchman has a leather version (it doesn't unfold) that's very close to this one.
I don't need a wallet anytime soon, but if I'll buy one, it's going to be this one. I love the clean design and the idea from buying from an ethical company, it also seems functional enough for my uses: 4 cards, some cash and change...
So... I commented on the "5 Most Unique" video that I thought this thing was unattractive. But looking at it again on a larger screen, I think it's really great looking. I wonder how durable the cork material is... hoopefully indeed it's robust. I LOVE the ethical vision of the company. I also live in a desert where summertime lasts many months and makes for some very sweaty days... I think the anitmicrobial property of cork might make for better summertime carry than leather at least... Just forecasting and speculating here. I've had a Corkor wallet before -- this looks nicer to me now -- even without the variety of color options. Beard -stroky moment.
I chucked out loud at the "beard-stroky moment" phrase, awesome 😂. From those I know who have carried this wallet for some time, it does wear very well and the cork begin to patina too. The only comments I've heard is the knob could be more flat so it doesn't protrude as much, but otherwise, it's amazing what it can carry.
Very appealing design. However, my concerns are the protrusion of the pin/knob in general and whether or not the pin/knob can easily become loose and be lost. If the pin/knob secured in a cufflink style I would order one today.
The brass Sam Browne stud rarely comes loose as the cork is slightly elastic so acts like a rubber washer would in holding screws in place, the thread is fairly long though so if it ever did become loose you would notice well before the wallet would unravel 😊
Oh and as for the pin protrusion; this was a small concern in the design phase so we tested a few pins and we chose a low flat style of pin/stud that won't press into your leg or into your trousers too much.
But I also personally find subtle bump useful for when I pat my pockets to check I have my wallet, as its not always obvious if you're carrying other things aswell with the wallet being so small.
I have been using this a few months now and so far the pin/knob has never become loose. It seems to stay on tight. I imagine if it ever becomes loose then I would just find a replacement screw.
I wonder if the screwers are sustainable too...will they tarnish easily?

Nope, still the same, although in your pocket it's not too bad unless you tend to wear tighter fitting pants at which point the knob would show more.
Guess it would float if dropped in a pool/ocean, added benefit!

The cork actually has a natural water resistance so holds up well, if u happen to knock your pint over 😊
If you get cork wet just wipe the liquid off. Your pint is at more risk of damage than the cork!😂
