Hello Mr. & Mrs. Bean! I am very late to this party and I aspire to be a Bean 2.0 owner in the future but with 4 dogs currently we are stuck with a bigger rig for now. I am also a RN and am wondering if your First Aid Kit includes a SAM splint of two? As mountain bikers, these will hopefully never come in handy but are very useful and versatile to have on board! Never be affraid to recommend a firearm. As a minimalist, a good 12 ga shotgun with slug shot for bears & a pistol. I need to know the most important thing. What is the Black Bean's GVWR? The website lists the dry weight as 2500 then a second time 2600. I can't find the GVWR for the Black Bean. I'd like to know the payload capacity. The add on list the price, also list the weight of each add on because the add ons add weight & reduces payload capacity. I've looked at a lot of teardrops & I like the Black Bean the best!

Great info in this, but even better is the bloopers. I love that you include them at the end of your videos.
I have a little foot pump hand wash station that uses very little water. It attaches to a small bucket. Allows you to avoid touching the spigot on the water container used for food and drink. Aero press and a small espresso pot. Leveling blocks. Rope. Knife/multi tool. I use a small steel wok as my cooking pan. Perfect for camp meals.

Great recommendations! For camp coffee, I'm pretty good with instant, but after I get my teardrop, I'm leaning toward a percolator.
I think those are pretty popular camping options.

I am wondering though, what to you do with your shoes at night? Do you store them inside for safety or keep them outside if you need to exit the Bean at night?
We store shoes on the fender unless it is cold or wet outside and then we store them in the cubby.
An over the door shoe holder (hanging from the roof rack) works great…or iKamper makes one.

Can you share how you use the shower system? Do you recommend a platform to stand on? Specific privacy shower curtain that will fit the bean set up?
Hmm. I tried to find your gear list (especially for the recovery items and the electric blanket) but was disappointed not to find them. Can you tell us what exactly these are?
Curious as to what those sheets are? Doing a little advance planning before we pick up our Mnr Bean in a few weeks.
What electric blanket do you use/recommend? I've been window shopping and comparing a few but haven't pulled the trigger on getting one yet.
