This makes me wonder what FB and Twitter are doing to fight Article 13 in Europe. I know UA-cam is going all out to get it voted down. The problem is that free speech, and indeed all the other rights we avail ourselves of, come with them certain inherent responsibilities. They were never written into the Constitution, nor are there any formal sanctions for being irresponsible. Partly because the founding fathers knew that there were some things couldn't be legislated, and partly due to their own naivete in that regard. That's like going to bluewaffles, looking at one imagine and then continuing to look at images, and then complaining that you were offended 783 times in 30 minutes.
Fantastic show! So glad to see you "graduate". And thanks for making this issue understandable for someone who worked for the government in 1980 and used a fax machine the size of an air hockey table. You had to call someone, push the phone into the holder thingy perfectly straight and hope for the best and it took ten minutes for a page. Then you had to call to see if the whole page, half a page or no page went through! I am not opposed to you mixing Mario and Zelda either.
Just so you know, someone made that clip of Bryant Gumbel coming to grips with the internet into a song. Search "ugochukwu - windows 95 " the video is fantastic
Most people I know were using the internet for napster to download 1 song every few hours the connections were crap it took minutes just to load pages with images on them, browsers would crash over anything and often but our speeds now are crazy fast and still doubling every 2 yrs. How this exponential curve of information flow & speed will not collapse larger systems like government is beyond me.
It's very interesting to see that the comments about the graphics are held at more popularity than the Issue discussed. Speaks a lot about the thinking power or attention of the world. I am sure most people just went back to FB or Instagram after watching this.
I can't think of ANY for profit company I would trust to regulate its self. Regulations might be needed to stabilize an industry, it could be ethically necessary for public safety but regulation commonly decreases profits through added costs or prohibiting specific action and we have all seen MANY times that the corporate mind will choose profit over anything.

I love Hasan. He is so good.
My mother’s maiden name was pickles I had a great uncle harry pickles.
Just so you know, someone made that clip of Bryant Gumbel coming to grips with the internet into a song. Search "ugochukwu - windows 95
"
the video is fantastic
I love Hasan. This show is awesome.
Moore's law (computing power doubling every two years) has ended, and that exponential curve as a result is tailing off.
haven't used facebook since Dec 2017. Became financially stable n 2018. no coincidence, just have more time to be productive.
Haven't used facebook since Dec 2017. Still fuckin useless lol props to you tho
Can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2019!
Death penalty for criticism of the government in Nigeria, was passed in November 2019, would be an interesting topic to share
@Kaustubh K 😂😂 I must survive bro
It's very interesting to see that the comments about the graphics are held at more popularity than the Issue discussed. Speaks a lot about the thinking power or attention of the world. I am sure most people just went back to FB or Instagram after watching this.
6:54 I'm more like, "How can you give original 8-bit Link the Hylian Shield when the Hylian Shield didn't exist until Ocarina of Time?"
I can't think of ANY for profit company I would trust to regulate its self.
Regulations might be needed to stabilize an industry, it could be ethically necessary for public safety but regulation commonly decreases profits through added costs or prohibiting specific action and we have all seen MANY times that the corporate mind will choose profit over anything.
this show means (meant) so much to me
hfsdlaj imma miss this so much i wonder why it got cancelled 😭
