I'm an IELTS trainer from Telangana, India. Fluency is his biggest strength although vocabulary is limited. Many people think that using one or two high-end words will enhance their score and they can score 8 bands. The fact is that vocabulary matters, but not just vocabulary 🙂 Loved this video.

I believe that , one of the keys to get 9 from speaking part is to speak smoothly .You should not talk like a robot ,instead use idioms , some slangs and contraction

I am familiar with all words which he used during test, but i can't speak even ²0% of that. According to me the way he articulate his ideas is the key of high bands. Thank you sir for sharing such motivational stuff.
Actually, you can learn words in two diffrent steps: Step 1 (Passive words) : Memorising words, which most of the English learners do it at the first stage of learning process. ( like put seeds in the ground), that means these words sound familiar to you when you hear them, but they disappear from your mind when you want to use them. Step 2 (Active words) : Learning words in sentences, making your own sentences and using them at the real situations. (like watering and growing the seeds), that means you can see and use them as will. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
When I talk to IELTS student who has taken their exam and ask what do you think, how can I get good bend score on speaking modeul. They mention you need use famcy vocabulary as well as ideom and also various phrases over and over.But without too much using it possible. He is the example of it.
