Stirfry cured pork 

How to cook str fry cured pork
Try my easy way ! Use bacon steak for substitute ( cured pork )
You will need the following ingredient
Chives
Garlic
Fresh chili
Dry red chili peppers
Szechwan pepper corn
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken stock base or msg
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tablespoons premium soy sauce 
1 tablespoons cooking wine
Add chili oil if you like
