    Ingredients:
    Cabbage 2 Cups (Chopped)
    Carrot 1 Cup (Grated)
    Beans 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
    Ginger A piece (Chopped)
    Garlic 4 Cloves (Chopped)
    use pulse function in your Blender to make minced vegetables.
    *Squeeze minced vegetables and extract juice
    Save the vegetable juice for later use
    in the minced vegetables
    Corn flour 3 Tbsp
    Maida(All purpose flour) 3 Tbsp
    Salt
    Potato (Boiled) 1 Small
    Chili powder 1 Tsp
    *Combine to make smooth dough
    *Make small even nalla
    *Fry the veggie balls in hot oil until it turns golden and crispy
    *Keep the fried balls aside
    *In a kadai,
    Oil 3 Tbsp
    Onion 1 (Chopped)
    *Saute
    Ginger A piece (Chopped)
    Garlic 4 Cloves (Chopped)
    Green chili 2 (Chopped)
    *Saute
    Tomato sauce 2 Tbsp
    Chili sauce 2 Tsp
    Soy sauce 1 Tsp
    Kashmiri chili powder 1/2 Tsp
    Salt
    *Mix well
    Lemon juice (From 1/2 lemon)
    *Add saved vegetable juice
    *Cook 2 minutes
    *In a bowl,
    Corn flour 1 Tsp
    Water 1 Tbsp
    *Mix and add this in the gravy. Cornflour will give shiny look to the manchurian
    *Add fried manchurian balls
    Capsicum 1(Chopped)
    *Mix and turn off the stove
    *Add chopped
    Spring onion
