I'll admit when I saw Sun City Festival in the title, I thought there was a festival going on at the regular Sun City that we were going to watch.😂 I didn't realize there was an actual community with that name. Just curious, is that Preservation Fee a one time fee when the home is purchased, or is that a fee that is collected each year?

Lol! I think that's a norma first thought! It is just a one time fee when you first move into the community. Nearly ever 55+ community has one, and this one is one of the lowest.

Thanks to the Central Arizona Project, there doesn't seem to be any current water shortages in Buckeye. That project which began this year has helped tremendously

Sun City Festival was Advertised as a golf community. But Pulte screwed us out of one golf course, now too many people here so you can't get tee times. Scammed us! Don't buy here if you want to golf!
