We just received a call to help a skinny dog mother who is raising 3 small puppies. She was abused by her owner and tied up in a wet place.
She was not fed... She had been lonely and sad for many days.
Mom was very malnourished, full of fleas and ticks....
It hurts to see them like that. Surely, once upon a time, the poor mother dog was a beautiful girl
She was happy to be rescued. From now on, she will no longer be in pain...
Her 3 children will be cared for and loved. We are carrying her to the Vet.
She's super skinny but also super friendly. X-rays and laboratory tests were performed which showed low platelets and hemoglobin, POSITIVE for ERLIQUIA.
She is called CHUKRA. The three puppies are called: Gala, Chicho and Musa.
