@@chrisb4944 Problem is, that means taking away the chance from another abused dog to escape the same hell Mable existed in. There are only so many pets you can have at your home. I have a rescue that took about 2 years to stop running from me every time I walked toward her and reached out. I'll never forget the first time she let me pet her on the sofa and then put her head in my lap. One of the best moments of my life.
I work with dogs and sometimes we get abused dogs at our daycare as emergency fosters (we also do boarding) and it fills my soul with eternal pain knowing someone could abuse an animal, a pet even. We had one dog that was abused and had bad separation anxiety and when I came back from my lunch he ran up to me and bit down on my jacket sleeve hard and closed his eyes and started whimpering and that’s when it hit me, I spent the last 30min before my break hugging and petting him and that’s the most love he got since he came to us (literally 30min prior to that) and he didn’t want me to leave, never in my life was it harder to leave work
Seeing the terror in this dog’s eyes just makes me want to cry. Thank you for giving her all the patience & love she needed to learn to trust again. She deserves to live her best life with a forever family. 🐾❤️🐾

If it hadn't been for Angela fostering Mabel she would have never found a home. The majority of people don't want to take the time to work with them. When a pet doesn't act how they want they will return them. Thankful for all like Angela who take the time to help them
If traumatized rescues like Mable are not dog aggressive, its most always helpful to have another well adapted support dog for them to be acquainted to and learn from about how their life can be for the better
Please take extra care of Mabel. She has learned to trust you. You may be the only Hooman who treated her with kindness and a warm, loving touch.Taking her back to the shelter will set her back.
My dog, Lola, was like this when I got her. She was so scared of being touch, and certain sounds would trigger her into hiding. It wasn't long until I figured out she must have been through some sort of abuse, especially when a vet pointed out a scar in her eye that was never taken care of. Even though it was hard for me to grasp that someone could harm a puppy, I was more determine to make her happy. I finally saw some hope when she allowed me to pet her for a second and tell her 'I love you' -- Which now I think back, I don't think she's ever heard those words before. It took a while for her to realize me and my family weren't going to hurt her like her previous owners, and she's still a bit shaky with certain things, but I'm just glad she's running around and spinning, and just being the happy dog she deserves to be ❤
I'm so glad she has become less fearful after your patient gentle time with her. What I don't understand about fostering a hurting animal is how they can then be relinquished after healing to yet another environment that may be unsafe again.
Yes that’s exactly what I think, she could be abused again if not by the person who adopts her someone else in the household could be abusive it broke my heart knowing she’s going to get rid of her

... The look in her eyes... 😢poor beautiful pup ... How can humans do this... Thank you for saving this animals life 💔
God only knows what she went through before your patience and love. She now has a happy life!
Kristi Noem type stuff.
I have a rescue that took about 2 years to stop running from me every time I walked toward her and reached out. I'll never forget the first time she let me pet her on the sofa and then put her head in my lap. One of the best moments of my life.
I can imagine. Bless you & your sweet pupper. ❤🐶
You are an Angel indeed, Angela....😇
Well said. Agree completely. 😢🐶❤
I weep to think just how horrendous her life must have been before her rescue. She looked like she knew that she was going to be beaten no matter what she did 😢😢. Thank you for showing and giving her love.
I know. It's absolutely heartbreaking watching her quiver in fear at the mere sight of a human! Kinda hope that this wonderful women actually "foster fails" & keeps her tbh. Poor sweet Mable deserves a loving home where she feels safe & is adored on the daily.
If it hadn't been for Angela fostering Mabel she would have never found a home. The majority of people don't want to take the time to work with them. When a pet doesn't act how they want they will return them. Thankful for all like Angela who take the time to help them
I've always believed that as humans made dogs what they are today, we bear an enormous responsibility towards them.
Go Mable!!! 👍
Pain, terror, trauma & abuse is what leaves a dog in this condition.
I'm glad Mabel was rescued, but she lived years of horror. Humans are the worst.
If traumatized rescues like Mable are not dog aggressive, its most always helpful to have another well adapted support dog for them to be acquainted to and learn from about how their life can be for the better
You say you’re proud of this scared little precious girl. I think I can speak for everyone here, we’re proud of YOU!❤
Can't imagine the terror she had been living with before.....breaks my heart.
Please take extra care of Mabel. She has learned to trust you. You may be the only Hooman who treated her with kindness and a warm, loving touch.Taking her back to the shelter will set her back.
pretty dog
OMG I wish you could keep her. I can't imagine her trusting other people.
It took a while for her to realize me and my family weren't going to hurt her like her previous owners, and she's still a bit shaky with certain things, but I'm just glad she's running around and spinning, and just being the happy dog she deserves to be ❤
Thankyou fir helping
I'm so glad she has become less fearful after your patient gentle time with her. What I don't understand about fostering a hurting animal is how they can then be relinquished after healing to yet another environment that may be unsafe again.
Yes that’s exactly what I think, she could be abused again if not by the person who adopts her someone else in the household could be abusive it broke my heart knowing she’s going to get rid of her
Poor baby, I can't imagine what she was put through to be so scared.
What kind of monster to you have to be to abuse any animal!! My heart breaks for these poor souls who have endured horrific cruelty at the hands of terrible human beings!! I would get in my car right now and come get you Miss Mabel!! You are such a sweetheart and deserve only the most loving and caring forever home!! God bless the people that saved her and helped her overcome her past trauma! She deserves only the best life possible after what she has been through! 🐾❤️🙏🏻🐾
Maga supporter Kristi Noem.
Thanks to the beautiful loving animal lovers in this world who right the wrongs, myself included, it's so uplifting to know wrongs can be made right 😇🙏❤️🩹👏
So happy you helped her
Hello 👋 how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day so far 😊❤
What a beauty! Thank you for loving her.
The sadness and fear in her eyes broke my heart. I will never understand how anyone can harm a dog or any animal. Thank you for giving her the time to become the dog she should have always been and giving her the love she should have always received
Thank you for showing this beautiful dog the love and care she needed,it's so sad that so called people treat their pets like this! I wish her all the best ,she's a lovely dog 🐕❤️
What in God’s name did someone do to make her like that? What a relief she found such a lovely patient home. We’ve had a similar experience.
Probably maga supporter Kristi Noem.
Just when I thought I couldn’t love animals more, this video proves me wrong. Thank you for all that you do! 🥰
Isn't it tragic that animals can be so damaged by human beings? Thank goodness human beings can also heal them, given enough time, in many cases.
Poor baby, how cowardly it is to abuse an innocent animal. Thank you for your humanity ❤
This poor little girl. She's so scared. It breaks my heart when she was shaking. Thank you so much for working with her. She's such a beautiful little fur baby!!! I can't stand animal abusers and neglect. NO dog should ever be afraid of a human being! What a cutie!
I hope Mable continues to experience love and lessened memories of her past. My Chiweenie still has relapses sometimes..
That FAAAACE! She's so incredibly BEAUTIFUL!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭😭😭
What a cutie!. Hope she finds a loving home.
People, be nice to animals! They are innocent. We need to protect them!
Thank you 💕
Poor girl, she looked so scared and whatever happened you can see in her eyes her disgust in humans. So glad she learnt to trust humans again.
PLEASE tell me that after all this dog has been through prior to you getting her, and after everything she's going through since you've got her, that you're her FOREVER home.
She's come a long way, but she's still got a long way to go. I don't think she will ever completely get over the trauma. Just like some people never get over being abused.
God bless the people that can do this!
