I heard about a crane in Borneo where there's only like 200 left in the world, I heard about it on the newbys explore channel it was yesterday's video about seeing pygmy elephants, and they had seen the crane flying. I wish I could remember the name of it. I immediately thought of Mary Carl.
The Lord Jesus Christ was with them. Burned enough to make it fertilizer but no destruction to infrastructure. God is good all the time! Love You Guys at Cog Hill Farm!
Hi! One year I bought a Live Christmas tree. After Christmas was over, I planted it in my front yard, in the last five years that tree has grown n to 20 feet tall. Why not find the kind of tree you like and plant it nearby the cart. It will grow into a big big tree in no time! Lisa Van Dyken San Diego California
I agree. I did this 20 plus years ago and the Blue Spruce that was once our Christmas tree is now the most beautiful tree in the front yard. We used to put garland and bulbs on it, but now it is too large to do this.
I can imagine how Chestnut Hills feel. Earlier this year my neighbour in our village had a fire that destroyed his home and I lost both my home and car when his car exploded in the fire. I woke up to his house on fire and had to stand outside watching my home and everything I owned go up in flames. I am so gratefull Chestnut Hills survived the fire. Thank you Lord.
I’ve been gardening for decades and have learned a lot from Jason, the details he goes into is wonderful, can’t imagine how much one could learn working with him, Jason is a born teacher.
Good morning from snowy Canada, We have about 18 inches of snow on the ground and it is still snowing, Have a safe weekend, I really enjoy both of your vlogs
What a wonderful opportunity for that young man to learn something new .I can’t think of anybody better Jason than you and I’m glad you’re getting some help Brook. Take care and Happy Thanksgiving guys.
Wow, that's awesome about y'alls farm being in the magazine and Nugget the 🌟. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤😊😊 I watched the video on G&G farm and I just can't wait to see how many will hatch. Also I watched Chestnut Hills video and they were so Blessed, Thank God.
I agree with you and Jason on Pookie and her 2 different names. Every dog I have had over my lonnggg life has had a minimum of 3 names and would respond to it. It was hilarious. My sweet precious Snuggles went to live with Jesus at 17 years old and had 4 or 5 names. She came to me or would snuggle up in my neck with her button tail would be bobbing back and forth. I truly believe it is the tone and our facial features portray to them whether they respond. She was such a wonderful service dog.
I thought one of Catherine's eggs, was going to roll right off the table! With a woodstove in the house, we don't do a live tree anymore.,I miss the smell so much!
Yes, I saw the videos Nick and Zoe made about the farm fire. The area around the bee hives is absolutely God's miracle! Just amazing! Thanks for the live!! Also, I'm glad you mentioned the new candle because my peach one from you is wafting the air in a bathroom (even unlit!), and would like to try the new fragrance! I love the scent! You always 'make my day'! 🥰
I did not like school either Jason......I am 60 and to this day I still dreams of being in a classroom setting......love my friends at school. Hated the classroom
Jason, I tried your type of whistle after you said that, and lo and behold that works better than the other way for me now. Learned something new at 66. Brooke, love your shirt.
You need to go to a nursery and buy some seedling pine trees and plant them. Like your front fence line!! Get a few Scottish pines!! Plant one by the wagon!
Such lovely smiles! Good Morning from California. We finally got some rain yesterday! It has been 7 months since we have had any rain, we understand your frustrations!
Wonderful live! It's going to be 83f here in Tucson today. Don't know how to dress cause it's cool early but heats up by noon. Love that you have two Pookies on Cog Hill. Brooke your blouse is very pretty. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!🤗💕🤗
When I was young a friend of mine’s family bought a tree from a nursery that was live and had a big ball of roots. They used it in their house throughout the holidays then planted it outside along the perimeter of their lot. They started along the front by the street so they had a Christmas tree 🌲 hedge with various heights of trees. They decorated all of them every Christmas 🎄. ❤
Jason, I totally get what you’re saying about lack of concentration at school, I was hopeless. My Memory was so bad that I could never remember what subject was next and what room I should be in even though I had looked at the timetable a dozen times. High school was hell for me. However as an adult years later I did some senior studies and did very well because it was presented differently to school. You are a very intelligent man, your skills on the farm and your gardening are wonderful. I love watching you guys, you are so down to earth. Love from Australia
Am I the only one posting this morning? Is it because I’m the only one avoiding chores? Animals know their nicknames. My dogs all had nicknames and they answered to all of them.
I HAVE FORAGED MUSHROOMS FOR YEARS. WE EAT THEM AND USE SOME FOR HEALING AND WE SELL SOME. MANY OF MY FRIENDS DO ALSO. ONE of my FAVORITE FOR HEALING IS Turkey Tail 😊
We got a live tree every year for 27 years. We always took the grandkids, no parents. Of course every year we added a new grandchild. Which added up to nine kids. We always had the best time. Oh the memories! Now they are all grown up. One is married, the youngest is 15 years old. We are 73, so now we have an artificial tree. 🥹love Mrs Debbie.
We dropped down to the 50;s last night, and because we here in SWFlorida live in 90 degree weather from March to October, this is freezing!!! I'm from KC and back then, 50-60 degree temperatures are easy-peasy, but now I'm used to the heat and humidity here, 50's is FREEZING!!! haha Everyone have a great day
Beckley WV. Snow melted off. We had about 3 in at one time cause temps at the point of freezing or thawing so melted a lot all along. Snowshoe got a lot more. NOT LOOKING forward to winter. Hard on this old body cause we get a lot of cold cold rains anymore instead of snow.
I saw the article of Nuggo and Jason. There were a few info items that they didn't give us, that I did learn from Jason and Brooke. That the female hummed and about the fruit they like to eat.
Lester has a book about Christmas that you sent him, it was Cog Hill Christmas, something like that. I wanted to buy a Christmas tree this year. It's been 2 years without a Christmas tree. I hope I still can when I get back from Texas.
I'm 72 and years ago when I was at home and the older of four. It was my job to get a live Christmas Tree for our big farm house every year. I never failed on finding a beautiful Perfect Cedar Tree. LOVE that smell..
You can use your electric fence to use the goats to clear out the undergrowth & (like the chickens) move them around! Hope you feel better, Brooke! TYTY for sharing! ❤️❤️🙏❤️❤️

Thankfully no animals or structures were harmed❣️
So happy to hear the 16 yr old will be helping you when he can. 🥰🤗
That write up is so cool. The relationship your family has with Nugget is adorable. That animal loves you and visa versa.
It is wonderful to be helping out a young man as well as his helping you both. You will be a wonderful mentor and will teach him a great deal!!
I’ve been gardening for decades and have learned a lot from Jason, the details he goes into is wonderful, can’t imagine how much one could learn working with him, Jason is a born teacher.

I live in Georgia and I want some snow. 🐦⬛🌲🙋. We are not known for snow.

Our English teacher in Jr. High used those Mad Lib books. We loved it!
Love your shirt Brooke. I need to order the new candle after hearing the description.😄😄😄
You make me love Alabama
I used madlibs with my children and then with my grandkids. I think I still have a couple of the books still.

It would be fun to put cameras up on each side of the barn to watch all of the critters!
You need to go to a nursery and buy some seedling pine trees and plant them. Like your front fence line!! Get a few Scottish pines!! Plant one by the wagon!
There is NOTHING like a live tree!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I saw Catherine's video. It was so exciting!

Prayers for health and safety!🙏❤️🙏
we used to call big bad rains "frog stragglers" as well as "gully washers"
Jason and Brooke you should consider planting a Pine tree somewhere out front that you could decorate each year❣️
We had our first snow fall in flemington nj
I grew up in NJ. Flemington is lovely.
GOD BLESS.❤🔁🙏❗
Brooke, love your top. I believe brown is your color.
I like that shirt youre wearing Miss.Brooke.
I’m from Australia and it’s 31 cc here
Am I the only one posting this morning? Is it because I’m the only one avoiding chores? Animals know their nicknames. My dogs all had nicknames and they answered to all of them.
But a blue spruce tree in a bulb and plant it and you can decorate it as it grows for all holidays
Buy
I Whistle by going in too. I can't whistle too well if I'm blowing out.
My aunt was 6 feet tall but some of her friends growing up called her “Shorty”.
It is always colder just before dawn
I HAVE FORAGED MUSHROOMS FOR YEARS. WE EAT THEM AND USE SOME FOR HEALING AND WE SELL SOME. MANY OF MY FRIENDS DO ALSO. ONE of my FAVORITE FOR HEALING IS Turkey Tail

All apartment /condos ban live trees, and most rental houses too. Because of fire insurance/liability rules.😢
Exactly I thought it was so cute she did whistle she was shocked that she actually did it LOL but she did get a few whistles out for that video!
