Thank you for sharing your knits. Loved your top 10. I would love to see a knit parade of your past designs. I want to make starry starry night for the holidays. Would love to see yours😀. You give such great details and tips when you show us your work. It’s great!
@ I diid go back and watch episode 3. I have the detail I need for Starry. And I realize I have the perfect yarn in my stash! I do love the idea of seeing your past designs. Very exciting. Thanks from California Bay Area.
Thanks for a great podcast. I love that you knit and discuss other designers’ patterns as well as your own, it makes your podcasts 100% more interesting than podcasters who only feature their own designs. Love your top ten!
I love all of your sweaters and I admire how you knit so many from different designers. Thank you for such a great walk on the beach with Ms. Luna. Another fabulous episode dear friend. ❤
Hi, Beth. I love your podcast and enjoy seeing all your finished work. If I could give you some advice; it’s something I learned in the Marine Corps. When I store my knits I roll them instead of folding them. This eliminates the fold lines. Happy Knitting 😊
Loved this episode! We live at the beach in NJ and get to take our dog on the beach now too. Your blue water is amazing! Loved your top ten. Caitlin is also a favorite of mine. Your new designs are beautiful and looking forward to them coming out.
Hi Beth! A pleasure to join you - I usually knit while I'm watching podcasts, but I really enjoy just watching your projects and things, and I can't knit while actually looking up from my knitting, so funnily yours is the only podcast I don't knit to. A compliment to you, lol. Love your upcoming beauties, and it was wonderful to see your top 10 - I have 4 of those patterns, and it's a joy to see them in real life, since I think a lot of Rav pics just don't do them justice, and don't entice me to look further - the Ramblin Woman cardigan, for instance, leaves me cold, looking at the pattern page, but yours makes me want to cast it on. So great to have fun watching you share these loves for you. Now I'll go back to knitting my Get Out of the Pool Tee... And the scenery you share there makes me want to come back! Until next time, Cheers, Judith 💜💚
Thank you Judith!!! What a huge compliment for sure!!! There's not much I will do when I cant knit! 😂 The Ramblin Woman Cardigan is really fabulous and will be worn every morning in the winter - I'd highly recommend it and its fun to knit too!
Thanks for the vicarious travel! I wonder if Luna wonders why she can't go to the beach for so many months of the year? She might be thinking, "I remember this. It's so nice to walk along the sand. Such interesting smells! I wonder why she hasn't brought me back in so long?"
Good question! It does get VERY HOT down there and the sand can be brutal. She does like hugging the shade on our walks in the summer and there's not much shade on a beach! Oh and she's absolutely not keen at all to go in the water which I find so funny - our first dog to not enjoy a cooling dip! ❤
They are hilarious! Also funny in a FaceTime chat - my husband can get fireworks 🎆!!! No clue how that all happens but always funny. Thanks for watching!🩷
Thanks Beth! It would be interesting to see and hear about some of the items you are ‘moving on’, to understand why they are not going to stay in your rotation. Best wishes from Sydney ❤
Thank you so much. Bermuda is so beautiful I was there twice on cruise ships so its nice to see different parts of Bermuda. So looking forward to your new designs. It's nice to see other designers wearing other designers knits. 😊
Your Go Go Dynamo shawl is spectacular! I’m going to take a look at the pattern for the black/white shawl (name escapes at this moment) and get into my stash to knit it. Thanks for all the inspiration
Another lovely episode that made my sleeve knitting so enjoyable. I loved seeing your interpretation of Birkin and Northerly, both of which are in my (endless) Ravelry queue. 😊
Thank you for another lovely podcast… so fun to see your finished knits so pretty! The beach looks amazing and those stairs up the rock just wow! Much love and happy knitting from snowy Colorado 💕
I love your videos and especially this one! I’m a new knitter this year - an adventurous beginner - and would love to knit one for your designs. I haven’t tried color work yet, it I’m going to one of Gudrun Johnson’s workshops in December. 🥰
Wonderful! You will really enjoy that workshop. Gudrun Johnson is an amazing knitter and I'm sure her techniques for colorwork will be super helpful. Enjoy!!!
Beth, I really like both the Akemi and the Breathing Space sweaters, which I hadn't seen before. But it would be a challenge to make either flatting my considerably busty figure.
Interesting! I think the both could be very flattering. Worth looking on Ravelry at how it looks on the other knitters too. I find that tool invaluable! Happy knitting!
@@bethmacdonaldstone, Oh, I did that already. One reason it takes me so long to consume podcasts is that I pause and study the patterns. I've been sewing for years, and one thing I kind of specialized in was altering patterns for my bust. I don't really sew much these days, but the issue when knitting is the same. :)
Hi Beth….love your vibe. Can you please let us know what size do you usually knit. All of your favorites look like they have a lot of positive ease thanks ..love your stash
Thank you! I usually knit anywhere from a 40"-44" for a more fitted look but recently I've been keen on very oversized so now knitting on some things that are 50"+ (but designed for oversized fit ie not sloppy in the shoulders). More info on my Ravelry page if you'd like more specifics. Thanks for watching!
My comment got too long and too personal. Please look at your emails or possibly your Ravelry emails. Thanks, I enjoyed your podcast very much. 🧶🫶✌️🤞👍🧶 😅😊

My GoGo Dynamo has a bump on that edge in the same place 😂
