I've been able to take the Butcher down every single time with this build. If I have any mana issues I just run to find another pack of mobs so more crackling energy falls.
I had replaced the Enchantment "ball lightning" to "Frost Nova" - works somehow better for me

Man it’s kinda crazy how I’m almost lvl 90 and I haven’t seen a single recharging aspect 😢
Me neither...I have been using the one from the Codex by completing the Zenith Dungeon all the time 😅
I got my first sorc to lvl 100 and didn't saw it once, started new sorc got it to lvl 72 and dropped 2.0😂 So it only took 172lvls to get one which was pretty much same than the codex😅 And it took +160lvls to get my first Raiment of the infinite.
I didn’t find one until a couple days ago at lvl 93. I finished season 1 chapter 1 checklist on a hunch that the aspect wouldn’t drop because of something I missed, and the very first ring I gambled for was a 2.5 roll. Not sure if it’s a coincidence but give it a shot

Was wondering if this build can beat Uber Lilith?
Would not be best for Uber Lilith because of her oneshot mechanisms require precise positioning while Oculus makes it harder to position.
I will start testing the Uber Lilith fight this weekend. Stay tuned!

Yes there are videos of current popular builds working in eternal
Yes! You can basically remove the hearts to use it in eternal realm and it should perform even better than ua-cam.com/video/MwbEN1llgTs/v-deo.html because of better survivability.
I've used this in the eternal realm and it works great.
What do you recommend to this build for PVP at level 100 ?
I haven't tried any PvP but I would recommend the Flame Shield for sure for PvP. Not sure how much the Ultimate will be helpful in PvP that I think replacing the Ult with the Flame Shield would be better.
Probably also replace the Ball Lightning enchant with the Flame Shield too for extra survivability and put skill points into the Chain Lightning, the Hydra and the Frost Nova.

Did you mean skill points? You can get more Skill points from farming the renowns in each area that will be 10 extra points.
