  • Rising global temperatures, wildfires, cyclones, floods, deforestation, and the loss of biodiversity and wildlife, we are facing the sixth major extinction and Ahimsa (non-harming) is the only effective solution.
Watch Ahimsa and the Environment and learn how you can be the change you wish to see in the world.
“The way we're currently living doesn't work. This model of living where we just keep producing more and more is a model for an infinite world… We need to find a new and sustainable way of living, and I believe that way is by incorporating the idea of ahimsa into our lives. I wanted to bring together voices who are keen to promote love for our planet ” - Hanuman Dass, Executive Producer & GD Founder

"The foundation is Ahimsa. The very first precept of what you could call the Ten Commandments of a righteous life - note, not a Hindu life, not an Indian life, not a Vedic life, but a righteous life, regarldless of how we worship, regardless of how we conceive the divine: by what name, by what form, in what way... With a name or no name; with a form or with no form; doesn't matter! These Ten Commandments, what we call Yam and Niyam, are the way to live for people who are committed to righteousness, committed to living a life in awareness of our inextricable connection, interdependence, interconnection, oneness with each other." Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji
    Such beautiful words

Dharma is one and one only. Ahimsa means moksha, and moksha is the realization of Truth.

Our planet is arguably our most precious resource. Earth provides us with water to drink, plants for food, soil for growth, and air for the breath. Without Mother Nature, we’d have nothing.
So why is it so hard for us to treat the planet with respect? Convenience is not a solid argument-it’s time to look at the long-term ramifications. To do this, we can look at Ahimsa.

"Ahimsa sakalo dharma, which means ahimsa (non-violence) sakala (is the whole of) dharma, is the complete form of dharma." It's a truly novel and revolutionary approach to reducing and reversing the climate crisis. It's something that whole governments and corporations can practice, but also something we can perform as individuals. We can all play a part in helping ensure a bright future for our planet. Thank You Go Dharmic for this lovely documentary! Thank you to all the speakers!

If we want to eliminate bad qualities like hatred, envy, pride and ostentation, we have to employ Sathya, Dharma, Santhi and Prema and Ahimsa as the cleaning instruments.

Good to see Go dharmic not avoid the elephant in the room. Animal agriculture and human greed. I’m not convinced Ahimsa can be mandated by governments, I think it will automatically increase as we raise consciousness like the lady in the video said, we have a consciousness deficit. Many people know there is something wrong in the world, but they won’t change it because they can’t see an alternative. Good that a new vision is being presented from the ancient world
