I see your white kitty cat pic in your picture. When I was growing up we had an all white cat with one green eye and one blue eye her name was marshmallow
@@crazyglasslady I love the name you had for your cat. Yes, this was Cosmo. He had one blue and one yellow/green eye. All white except for a very slight ‘dusting’ of gray on the tip of his tail and between his ears. If you Google ‘Turkish Angora’…that is him, at least in part. We rescued him at 6-weeks of age, and he and I shared a birthday. Among the multitude nicknames he had, he was my “17 pounds of love”. I was fortunate to have him, and our other rescue, 3-legged dilute calico girl, Tripawd 🥰, for 14 years. I love the glimpses of your cats in your videos! I’m cat-less right now. But, hopefully I will rescue again soon. 😊
@@sueellens Lol we also have a 3 legged cat 5 cats all together. They are nice company. Hope you get another soon.
You are such a talent. This may be my favorite project of yours so far! Which glass grinder are you using, pls?
Thank you! stained glass grinder I use : amzn.to/3WOIcvU
❤
Thank you!😊
Thank you for showing this, Linda. I really enjoyed the entire process you are teaching us. What an artist, and a great teacher. I'd like to ask, should we wear eye protection when grinding the glass? If so, would that just be safety goggles, or is there a special kind of protection that's recommended? Thanks again!
Thank you so much! Oh sorry I should mention that Yes safety glasses and a particle mask for glass dust. With the stained glass grinder you alway put water in it to cut down on dust, but it is in your best interest to always wear a mask over your mouth and nose.
@@crazyglasslady Thank you so much! I'm not at all familiar with the grinder, so I wasn't sure what (if any) dust or particles it might put out. You are the best, Linda! It's like getting one-on-one classes from you - and I really appreciate you and your time, and willingness to be a teacher. I am a mixed media artist and I recognize how teaching fulfills you, it's sharing a piece of ourselves in teaching others, that enriches us!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you!!!
Beautiful work. Can you use the nippers on thin resin pieces?
I have never tried it. The only thing I’ve ever done with resin is poured it on nonstick paper and after about 10 hours taking a heavy duty scissors and cut it into strips so I’m sure you could cut it with a heavy duty scissors into shapes before it’s totally cured, but it is not sticky anymore
