Great tips Rachel! I have clients who are single moms and crushing it in finances even with below average salaries. They have these traits in common 1. Positive mindset 2. A budget 3. An automated system for paying bills and saving money 4. Short term and long term goals and a strategy to achieve those goals Hope this helps someone.
I love the budget plan, it is incredible how you can save a few dollars here and there when you have a financial plan !!! I love your videos there are packed with good info and advice ! Thanks 🙏!❤️
Hey Rachel! I've just started budgeting in the new year, graduate law school this upcoming May and am getting married in September. I don't have much student loan debt in comparison to my fiance. I have also built up a decent savings through working during and during college and law school. Right now, I am struggling to part with this savings in order to pay off my loans. I know in the long right it is worth it, but it the immediate it seems very overwhelming. Also, I know don't how it fits into the debt snow ball as this would really be a one-time lump sum payment and I wouldn't haven't that amount to continue throwing towards the rest of my loans, or my fiance's loans once we are married. I've worked hard to save this for a down payment, so emotionally parting with it is a tough pill to swallow.
Thank You I'm a single mom with a child who is a tomboy which is hard but not really hard because I have a boyfriend who had kids and is a amazing guy!
Jennifer Robertson my mum raised myself and my older brother by herself, too. He's 6 years older than me with autism and we have an older sister who was a difficult child at the time (she stole from mum etc). My point is: its really hard, I can see how that would be, but it can be done, Jen. God bless you ☺️
@@memadelrey5099 We are in a much better place. Thank you so much for thinking of us and reaching out! My son's father passed away and it has been a hard road but we are doing better now. Many Blessings!!

Is it just me or does she look tired in this video? The energy isn't the same......hope all is well Rachel!
Without the budget you can't work any of the baby steps
You don't need 5000000 life policy that's a lie for single moms or dads the most you would need is max 50000 least 5 to 10000
What about single dads? Come on now.
Single mom of a child with special needs
